- Appointments & Cancellations
- 1.We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- 2.Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and complete any necessary forms.
- 3.Fees: A non-refundable fee of 20% applies to any cancellation, as we must secure your booking to ensure our therapist is available to look after you.
- 4.If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Stoppage Policy
- 1.Right to Halt: You can stop the massage at any time. A full refund is issued if halted within the first 15 minutes. No refunds after 15 minutes.
- Late Arrivals
- 1.Arriving late may result in shortened sessions or charges. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals but will accommodate when possible with advanced notice.
- Health & Safety
- 1.Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.
- 2.We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your health.
- Hygiene & Conduct
- 1.We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for the safety of our clients and staff.
- 2.Respectful behavior is required at all times. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
- Payment & Refunds
- 1.We accept cash and credit cards only. Digital payments are not accepted.
- 2.All sales are final. Refunds are not available for completed services.
- Gift Vouchers & Packages
- 1.Physical Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- 2.Online Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, and must be printed out by the customer and presented at the time of the appointment.
- 3.Packages must be used within the specified timeframe and cannot be transferred.
- Price Adjustment Notice:
- 1.If the value of a gift voucher is less than the current price of the service (e.g., a $100 voucher purchased two years ago for a 1-hour massage), the remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment.
